Delivery policy 

 

Estimated delivery on orders is between 5-10 working days for prints and can be up to two weeks for products such as wall panells, canvas' and aluminium sheets as these products at present are made to order by the printers we use.

Please note that on occasion It may take longer for your product to arrive. All products should arrive within 30 days. If your product has not arrived within 15-20 working days please get in touch via the contact page with your order number and we will investigate!

Refunds, returns and cancelling orders policy

cancelling an order- You have the right to cancel your order upto 14 days after receiving your product/s. In order to do this, head to the contact page and complete the cancelling order sheet. Upon receiving this request we will contact you and provide details on where products will need to be returned to.

You will have 14 days to return items for orders that are cancelled. Once products are received back, a refund will be made within 14 days of this date.

Refunds for damaged goods- If products are proven to be faulty on delivery, you will eligible for either a refund or replacement product. Once products are received back, a refund will be made within 14 days of this date, or a replacement will be provided within 30 days. you will also have to provide proof of purchase when you return the product to us, such as a copy of a the bank statement or the original packaging as we only accept returns from the person who bought the item.

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED BY YOURSELF, OR FOR A PRODUCT YOU NO LONGER WANT FOR REASONS SUCH AS IT IS NOT THE CORRECT COLOUR OR SIZE, AS EXAMPLES OF THE PRODUCTS ARE SEEN ON THIS SITE.

Your privacy is very important to us. We will not sell or disclose you details to any third party unless absolutely necessary. Some of our products will be sent directly from the printers we use to you, therefore delivery details may be shared in this way. we only require details that are required for the processing of an order and delivery of the product. we also request contact details so we can get hold of you should we need to. We will invite you to be included in the receiving of advertising of products we feel you may like, however will not do this without your permission
